Optimal conditions for those who are new to paddleboarding would be days with minimal wind. Wind under 10mph will help you learn how to control your board much easier, anything above 10mph will be much more of a challenge and could be unenjoyable for beginners. Overall, the most important thing you can do is know your own limits. Make sure you don’t find yourself in the wrong conditions for you and don’t forget to be safe and have fun!
